What we collect
We store the repository URL, your pitch, your stated relationship to the project, your email address and your name when you choose to provide it. Technical anti-abuse records may also be retained.
How the information is used
The information is used only to evaluate the editorial suggestion, prevent abuse and contact you when clarification is useful. It is not added to a newsletter or used for unrelated marketing.
Retention
Submission records are kept only as long as they remain useful for editorial review, audit and abuse prevention, then deleted or minimized according to the site's retention process.
Deletion requests
You may ask for your personal details to be deleted. The repository URL and a minimal editorial record may be retained when needed to avoid duplicate review or document an editorial decision.
Privacy contact
Use the privacy contact published on the site and include the repository URL so the relevant submission can be located.
Submitting a repository never guarantees publication, ranking or a response.
